Where does the leather come from?
We source only premium full-grain and top-grain vegetable-tanned leather from trusted tanneries around the world—including Italy, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia—known for their craftsmanship, quality, and sustainable practices.
Is the leather real? Why not PU? Is it sustainable?
Yes — we only use genuine leather, never PU or synthetics.
We use vegetable-tanned leather, a more natural and eco-friendly process. Plus, leather is a byproduct of the food industry, which helps reduce waste.
Unlike PU, which is plastic-based and short-lived, real leather is durable, ages beautifully, and lasts for years, making it the more sustainable choice in the long run.
Are the DIY Kits beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. No prior leatherworking experience needed. The kits are designed for complete beginners, with easy-to-follow guides. It’s like building IKEA furniture, but way more fun and hands-on.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes! Our kits are beautifully packaged and make amazing, meaningful gifts. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or as a surprise for your favorite creative soul. Either a handmade gift made by you or an unforgettable experience for the recipient.
Can I customize it?
Of course! With our letter stamp set and the leather left from your kits, you can make your creation truly unique.
How long does a project take?
Most kits take 1–3 hours, depending on the project and your pace. Take your time and enjoy the process—that’s what mindful crafting is all about.
Is it suitable for kids or teens?
Our kits are designed for adults, but older teens (12+) can enjoy them with supervision. There are sharp tools involved, so we don’t recommend them for younger children.
How long will it take to receive my pre-order?
Pre-orders will be shipped within 1 week after ordering. You’ll get email updates along the way so you always know what’s happening.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! We use recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever possible—minimal plastic, no excess packaging.
What if I mess up?
Mistakes are part of the process! Our kits are forgiving, and we include extra thread and tips in the instructions. If you’re really stuck, email us — we’re happy to help.
